Make sure you have a chat with your waiter or waitress at Zouk when you arrive so they can advice you. Zouk’s curries can be made without Butter Ghee in order to ensure they are suitable for vegans.
For starters, look to our scrummy Falafels, Marsala Mirch and Humous which can be served up with extra veggies instead of naan breads. For our mains try our mixed vegetable dish Mili Juli Sabzi, or our spicy Bhindi which mixes vegetables with onion, chilli, garlic and ginger. We also love our best-selling Vegetable Tikka which uses Zouk’s signature spices with in-season vegetables including cauliflower and pepper to eat with steamed rice, or try a Palak Aloo traditionally cooked with potatoes and spinach for a hearty meal.
