Earlier this month we hosted a Spring Showcase Party at our Manchester restaurant so our friends and foodie guests could trial our new menu. Diners were treated to some fantastic dishes from our March and April specials menu plus welcome drinks and tasty canapes.
The special guests had a variety of starters to chose from, including Murgh Tikka Hariyali, Bengali classic kebab of tender chicken marinated with fresh mint and aromatic spices cooked over hot charcoal and Kashmiri Lamb Kebabs. Our tasty minced lamb and Kashmiri chilli kebabs coated in breadcrumbs and served with a cooling mint chutney, a popular favourite was also on our March specials menu.
After being served our best starters, our special guests were treated to some fantastic main courses. These included Qasuri Methi Murgh, a favourite recipe of the people of Punjab, this curry has the distinct flavor of fenugreek with succulent pieces of chicken. Another option on the specials menu included mouth watering Lamb with Sweet Potato & Almonds, a hearty North Indian curry with juicy pieces of lamb, tender sweet potatoes and flaked almonds.
