Veggie Masterclass February


If you are a vegetarian looking for some dish inspiration, then give our special Veggie cooking class a try. The class includes two vegetarian starters and three main courses. All the recipes can be mixed and matched any number of ways when you fancy a delicious Indian-inspired veggie feast at home.

The Indian sub-continent is home to many vegetarians and vegans. Join us for our Veggie Masterclass in February and learn a variety of the veggie cuisine this region is famed for. This class is perfect for anybody who keeps a vegetarian diet and would like to learn how to prepare a variety of Indian veggie dishes at home. It’s also got lots of inspiration for those giving vegetarianism or veganism a try. We hope it will give you lots of inspiration and plenty of recipes to recreate at home.


What Will You Learn?

Our chefs have selected some of their favourite veggie dishes from our restaurant menus. During the class they will take you through 5 delicious vegetarian dishes including two starters and 3 main courses. We will also show you how to prepare two perfect a accompaniments.


This class is as hands on as possible so you will have your own cooking station and get to prepare each dish. Please note that our chefs will cook the naan breads due to the training needed to use the tandoor oven. Instructions on how to prepare breads at home will be provided.

Veggie Masterclass Menu



Paneer Tikka
Skewer of onions, peppers and spicy Indian cheese cooked in a Tandoor

Palak Tikka (vg)

Spicy spinach cakes filled with paneer, potato and sauté mushrooms


Main Courses

Channa Masala (vg)

Sometimes known as Channa Masala this is a truly authentic street food classic. It’s both satisfying and delicious and can eaten on its own or incorporated in other dishes.

Broccoli Paneer

Soft Indian cheese and broccoli cooked in a spiced tomato masala

Tarka Dall
Everybody’s favourite dall. Channa and mung lentils cooked in a spicy sauce

After the Class

At the end of the cooking the food will be served as a banquet, meaning you can relax with a drink and dig into the delicious dishes you created.

After the class you will leave with a certificate, an apron and your easy-to-follow recipe pack so you can recreate all the dishes at home.
