What’s On This Spring
Zouk Nashta - Manchester’s Only Indian Brunch
If you haven’t tried it yet then where have you been…..?! The Zouk Nashta is Manchester’s only Indian brunch. Start your day with our spiced eggy bread and give your Saturday some oomph or spend a sizzling Sunday morning with our Spiced Keema & Anda Bhuri, quite possibly the tastiest scrambled eggs you’ve ever set eyes on.
If you’re brunching with friends or need a stop gap before hitting the shops then our Bollywood Benedict, Mumbai Breakfast bun or our mouth-watering Bombay Baked Eggs will help you start the day in style. Or if you’re extra hungry after a heavy night on the town then our Maharajas Indian breakfast with fried eggs, turkey rashers, seekh kebabs and spicy accompaniments will put you back on track. And it wouldn’t be an authentic nashta without some desi classics. If you want to try something truly unique then delve into a desi Channa puri, lamb nihari or traditional paya – the dishes that fuel people for the day all across the Indian subcontinent.
Try An Indian Roast this Easter
Why not take a break from cooking this Easter and come and try one of our Zouk special roasts. Not just for Sundays, our sajji roasts are so good we offer them 7 days a week. Each roast is specially marinated in a Baluchi style marinade and then slowly roasted until the flavours permeate the meat. Choose from a whole leg of lamb (55) or Whole Roast Chicken (15.95) both served up with roasted potatoes, sauteed seasonal vegetables and a deliciously thick and spicy gravy. Known as Sajji roasts in Baluchistan these special roasts are so tasty you’ll never want to settle for a traditional roast again. Our Zouk special roasts are made fresh so you do need to pre-order however they are the perfect sharing meal for groups of family or friends and well worth planning ahead for!
