Were excited to announce that weve put in some hard graft to shake up our cocktails and theyre hitting our award-winning Indian restaurant in Manchester later this month.
To achieve sheer excellence in the making of our revamped cocktails, Head Bartender Ricardo has called upon his extensive experience to lead the mix. His compositions have resulted in a delicious array of long and short cocktails, crisp champagne infused cocktails, and martinis. And for those whod rather hold off on the alcohol, we introduced a new set of mocktails.

As ever, with our customers fancies firmly in our minds, we decided to run our spruced up collection past Manchesters foodie press and bloggers to ensure wed hit the nail on the head. So, last month, we rounded up this elite community of food lovers to wrap their taste buds around our new cocktail menu.
Awaiting their arrival was of course a heart-in-the-mouth moment. Would they rate or slate? Mindful that wed invited this foodie pack to join us after a long day in the office, our evening had to maintain the air of relaxation, while subtly sticking to the upbeat tempos were known for.
So, while cocktail tasting was the core of the event, the team at our top Manchester Indian restaurant appreciated that some evening entertainment was key. Our bar in the foyer was therefore transformed into a mixing station, with Ricardo taking to the helm by pulling over members of the press to copy his creations. It certainly kept our tasting guests on their toes!

While the press and bloggers took turns to sample the life of a mixologist behind the bar, we ensured that those mingling in front were showered with nibbles to help soak up the evenings conveyor belt of cocktails.

The poppadom platter was a welcome sight to the girls at Manchester Evening News For those in the audience that professed their love for a spice-packed meal, we recommended the champagne cocktails. This new collection offers to counter-balance the aromatic flavours of spicy food swirling around the tongue. Of the new champagne cocktail menu, we were delighted that the Red Velvet was hailed a firm favourite a seriously fruity number that adds vodka, vanilla, fresh strawberries and raspberries to liven up the luxury fizz. But our friends were also happy to see that the classics did not go missed, such as the much loved Margarita a short cocktail of gin infused with limes, and rounded off with soda and a cool cucumber.
