Zouk’s New Menu Delights
Summer is on the horizon and we are so excited to share with you Zouk’s new menu delights with some truly spectacular dishes. Including starters, mains, small plates and sides; these new dishes really celebrate the variety and explosion of flavours that Indian cuisine offers.
Butter Chicken Bao – Fans of our restaurant will know our Butter Chicken curry is one of the most popular dishes on our menu. You can now enjoy it as a starter too in this perfectly steamed boa. Prawn & Pomegranate Tacos – This street food inspired snack features soft corn-based tacos and fuses Indian cuisine with a touch of Mexican especia (spice). Each taco is topped with all our favourite things…succulent fried prawns, chilli mayo, Mexican salsa, shredded salad and fresh pomegranate dressing.
Lahori Wagyu Sliders – Our premium halal beef patties use the finest quality Wagyu beef. Each portion has two mini sliders topped with cheese and chutney and served in a melt in the mouth brioche bun. But be careful! They are so darn tasty you wont want to share.
Chicken 65 – This retro southern Indian dish was first famous in the 80’s and has a mythical quality. There is much debate over how it got its name but nobody disputes the amazing flavours of this spicy fried chicken dish. Each bite sized chicken piece is coated in a batter that has been infused with ginger, garlic and chilli. It’s so good you’ll want to eat it time and time again.
Pulled Lamb Nihari Calzone – quite possibly one of our best inventions! Our slowly cooked aromatic lamb nihari is something we cannot live without. Now as well as our much-loved signature nihari curry we also serve this authentic recipe shredded and stuffed into a freshly baked naan bread. Accompanied with yoghurt dip and fresh julienned scallions, it is perfect on its own or as the start to a super Indian supper.
Mango Salad – a salad with style and a treat for the tastebuds! Juicy fresh mango is paired with shredded carrots, onion, coriander and pomegranate then sprinkled with our special combination of chaat masala and lemon zing.

Lamb Shank Biryani – more of a celebration than a main course this extravagant biryani comes topped with a naan bread crust. So tender the shank just falls off the bone; this special dish is served desi style with a tasty aubergine curry side, salad and raita.
Dum Pukht – Tender spring lamb curry slowly cooked with vegetables in a dough sealed pot. Served with a flaming lemon glaze.
Murgh Mirch Salan – A sensational chicken curry with jalapeños, tomatoes and chilli. Inspired by the classic masala mirch!Zouk’s new chicken curry with sizzling jalapeños and tomatoes.
