The atmosphere at Zouk restaurant is vibrant and exciting and we believe this is one of the reasons so many customers choose to celebrate their special occasions with us.  From the stunning bar andreception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, wines and beers to the expansive dining area. There is lots to explore at Zouk Manchester and our restaurant is constantly changing with new themes on the terrace and reception every season.

We have tried to capture that holiday feel so when you walk through the doors and enter Zouk you really do escape the hustle and bustle of your day and settle down to the serious business of tucking into some great food. One of the central parts of the restaurant is sensational theatre style kitchen where you can tap into the energy and buzz of Zouk whilst watching our talented chefs at work on the charcoal grill, sizzling woks and tandoor.

Zouk is a destination for food lovers, and we truly feel a real party requires the best food and every bite should offer something new.  Fortunately, this is our specialty and our award-winning Indian and Pakistani food will excite and delight your guests. We have a super range of set menus that are each served banquet style to share and start from only £25 per person.

This style of eating means you you get to tuck in to not just one starter and one main but a whole host of our most popular dishes. For the party planner there is no need to get collect individual orders you simply select a menu to suit your budget or choose the one that most inspires you.

We understand that curry lovers often have a favourite dish. Do please let us know if there is something you would like us to incorporate on our set menus, as we can create a bespoke menu if required. We also know that vegetarians, vegans or friends with food intolerances can sometimes feel like they get a raw deal or have limited options.  Not at Zouk! We believe special occasions are the perfect opportunity to indulge so we take extra care to ensure those with special dietary requirements feel spoilt too. These guests will be served their own delightful platters with lots of choices and tastes to explore.

Our stunning shisha terrace is a luxurious space that transports guests from their busy lives to a tranquil relaxing haven surrounding by tropical plants.  The fruity aromas of the shisha and herbal teas available on the terrace add to the laid-back vibe of this area.  The terrace can be hired for parties, networking events or drinks receptions. The full space can be booked which can accommodation up to 90 people or just part of the space which includes the VIP booth and accommodates 20 to 25. As this area is very popular so if you are considering hiring the space for an event on a Friday or Saturday night a minimum of two week’s notice is required.  The terrace is suitable for drinking or dining, and for networking events or drinks receptions, we have a range of canapés, Indian snacks or sharing platters available.

Our cool bar area is a great choice for networking or for a drinks reception prior to sitting down to dine and we can tailor your reception to suit your event theme. Zouk’s talented bar tenders can make over 50 cocktails and mocktails and we offer a wide range of wines, beers and spirits.  Suitable for up to 50 people the bar area is a great space to start your event with cool contemporary Indian music to get you in the mood for a great evening.

As you enter the mezzanine floor of the restaurant from its own wide staircase you will see the space overlooks the main restaurant. The space benefits from being slightly quieter and more private than the main dining area but it retains the atmospheric buzz and tempting aromas that Zouk offers. There is a mixture of booth seating and stand-alone tables and soft lighting adds to the special atmosphere of this setting.  Few restaurants in Manchester city centre can offer hireable space for bookings as large as 90 people but the mezzanine can easily cater for this number or it can be staged for a more intimate gathering of 20.  It is this flexibility that makes this space so popular for large parties and events and it can be hired by the hour any day of the week. Often the space is used for large groups of friends, family or colleagues who opt for a set menu or banquet to share. The area has also been used for weddings, engagement parties, special birthdays, graduation parties, and charity events, curry club quizzes, sports match screenings or corporate work nights out. The Mezzanine has its own PA system and plasma screens or other specialist equipment can be hired in for special events.

The main dining space can accommodate anything between 150 and 200 people. Diners can enjoy the aromas and atmosphere generated as the chefs work away at sizzling woks and grills.  This space is luxurious and relaxed with warm soft lighting and a mixture of comfortable banquet seating with comfy leather chairs and a small number of fitted booths.
