Summer has arrived at Zouk, and we’re celebrating with a fresh new specials menu inspired by the sun-soaked flavours of India and Pakistan.
Available from mid July until the end of August, our Summer Specials bring together chargrilled skewers, crisp coconut prawns, aromatic curries, mango, lime, green chilli, coconut, fragrant spices and refreshing £11 spritz cocktails — perfect for terrace dining, relaxed evenings and summer get-togethers in Manchester.
Whether you’re joining us for a sunny lunch, a date night, drinks with friends or a late summer dinner on the terrace, this limited-edition menu is all about colour, spice and vibrant seasonal flavour.
Summer Flavours, Zouk Style
At Zouk, summer food is about bold flavours that still feel fresh. For this menu, our chefs have taken inspiration from the warmth, colour and freshness of Indian and Pakistani cooking, using ingredients that instantly bring summer to the table.
Think mango chilli glaze, coconut batter, green chilli, lime, ginger, coriander, curry leaves, toasted cashews and fragrant spices.
It’s a menu that feels bright and seasonal, but still very much rooted in the food Zouk is known for: generous portions, big flavours, charcoal grill notes, fragrant curries and dishes made for sharing.

The Mango Chilli Chicken Skewers are one of the standout dishes on the summer menu.
