A Celebration of Brunch Sharing Platters in Manchester at Zouk
On Saturday 24th January, Zouk Tea Bar & Grill hosted a special Bottomless Brunch event, welcoming a group of local influencers and content creators to experience our latest brunch sharing platter in Manchester in the heart of the city.
The event was designed to showcase our brunch sharing platter in Manchester alongside Zouk’s full bottomless drinks menu, giving guests a true taste of what makes our Saturday brunch experience so popular.
A Brunch Event with Local Creators
We were delighted to invite Manchester-based influencers and creators to join us for a relaxed and vibrant brunch service. The event brought together food lovers, creatives and the Zouk team for an afternoon of great food, drinks and live music.
A huge thank you to all the influencers and creators who joined us on the day. Sacha Jones, Michelle McKenna and Sara Tomlinson are just a few of the local creators who supported us and shared their experience with their audiences.
Sweet and Savoury Brunch Sharing Platters
At the centre of the event was our brunch sharing platter in Manchester, created for guests who love variety and dining together. The platter features a generous mix of sweet and savoury brunch favourites, making it ideal for sharing.
Guests enjoyed fluffy pancakes and waffles alongside eggs cooked to order, halal sausages and beef rashers, crispy hash browns, fragrant egg bhurji, fresh fruit, and indulgent maple syrup and chocolate sauce.
The feedback from our creator guests highlighted how the brunch sharing platter brings a fun, social element to brunch — perfect for groups, couples and celebrations.
Bottomless Drinks: From Juices to Cocktails
Our Bottomless Brunch experience offers something for everyone. During the event, guests enjoyed unlimited soft drinks, including fresh juices, speciality teas and coffees.

All of these drinks are available alongside the brunch sharing platter in Manchester as part of Zouk’s Bottomless Brunch offering.
Live Music from Royal Northern College of Music
Adding to the atmosphere, we were joined by talented musicians from the Royal College of Music. Violinist James Warburton and harpist Angharad Huw performed a stunning selection of modern pop songs reimagined in the elegant style of Bridgerton.
With season 4 of the hit show just around the corner it was a treat for guests and a beautiful atmosphere on arrival. Their live performance created a sophisticated yet relaxed soundtrack to the brunch, elevating the experience and making the event truly memorable for our guests.
Brunch Sharing Platters & Zouk's Bottomless Brunch
Zouk’s Bottomless Brunch is available every Saturday from 11:00am to 4:30pm, with the final sitting starting at 3:00pm.
Guests can choose to enjoy the experience with our brunch sharing platter alongside unlimited drinks, making it ideal for celebrations, catch-ups and weekend treats.
