New Summer Menu at Zouk – June 25
Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is turning up the heat with its new summer menu. This summer the restaurant has an irresistible line-up of new dishes inspired by bold Indian flavours and global street food. Whether you're here for a casual catch-up, date night or a family feast, Zouk's new summer menu is bursting with crave-worthy creations, fresh off the grill and perfect for sharing.

Irresistible Indian Street Food
Kick things off with some next-level nibbles. The Burrata Chaat is a true fusion favourite — creamy Italian burrata on crispy chaat papdi, finished with tangy tamarind, mint yoghurt, and crunchy Sev Mamra. Love veggie comfort food? Try the golden Bagicha – roulades of spinach and melted cheese, perfect for dipping.
For meat lovers, the Keema Kulcha and Chicken Tikka Cheese Kulcha are warm, fluffy flatbreads packed with spice, flavour and molten indulgence.

Off the Grill & Full of Sizzle
Summer calls for smoky grills, and Zouk delivers. Try the Butter Chicken Chops – juicy chicken thighs coated in a rich, creamy sauce – or Lasoni Prawns, BBQ’d with garlic and spice, and served with mint chutney. Classic Seekh Kebabs round off the grill section. There's a new injection of flavour to these kebabs that comes from the addition of Zouk's latest spice blend.

Showstopper Mains
Make room for the Lobster Dum Biryani, a centrepiece main sealed with baked naan and brimming with aromatic rice and whole lobster. It’s served with raita, curry sauce, and onion chutney for the full Zouk experience. Of course, the shell and claws are on the platter too for extra flair! Spice fans will love Dhaniya Mirchi Ka Pukade, a new chicken curry rich with coriander and green chilli warmth.

Sweet Treats to Finish
End on a high with Zouk’s new desserts. The menu is a decadent journey through global flavours with a signature South Asian twist. Highlights include the Warm Pistachio soufflé, blooming with nutty richness, and the Royal Rasmalai, a milk cake soaked in fragrant saffron milk.
For chocoholics, the Desi Cocoa Crunch wraps hazelnut chocolate in crispy samosa pastry, while the Masala Brûlée marries French technique with chai spice for a bold, aromatic treat. The vibrant Mumbai Mess layers mango, raspberry, cream cheese mousse, and meringue for a fruity delight.
Fans of honey will love The Honeycomb Slice, a tender cake laced with spiced syrup and crumb topping. Alternatively try something unique such as the Rollamisu – a Japanese coffee sponge rolled with mascarpone and cocoa for a playful take on tiramisu.
