We’re delighted to announce the arrival of our halal supper club with an exciting new collaboration between Zouk Tea Bar & Grill and premium halal specialists Malik Butchers — bringing an exclusive one-night-only dining experience to Manchester this June.
Taking place on Friday 12th June at our award-winning restaurant on Chester Street, The Zouk x Malik Dining Experience promises an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional halal produce, bold contemporary flavours and elevated dining.
Created collaboratively by the Zouk culinary team and Malik Butchers, this specially curated multi-course tasting menu has been designed to showcase premium cuts, innovative cooking techniques and modern South Asian-inspired cuisine in a truly immersive setting.

The Zouk x Malik Dining Experience will be led by private and performance chef Reece Taylor — a chef known for bringing a refined, modern edge to luxury dining experiences.
With experience spanning luxury super yachts, private dining events and high-end hospitality, Chef Reece has built a reputation for creating bold, memorable dishes that combine premium ingredients with contemporary global influences.
For this exclusive collaboration with Malik Butchers and Zouk Tea Bar & Grill, Chef Reece has designed a specially curated tasting menu blending exceptional halal produce with creative modern techniques, where desi flavours meet an English-Caribbean twist through elevated presentation and immersive dining.
Staring a USDA Prime Fillet main course and with dishes offering contemporary reinterpretations of comfort classics, the menu has been created to challenge expectations around halal dining while delivering a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
