We’re delighted to announce an exciting new collaboration between Zouk Tea Bar & Grill and premium halal specialists Malik Butchers — bringing an exclusive one-night-only dining experience to Manchester this June.
Taking place on Friday 12th June at our award-winning restaurant on Chester Street, The Zouk x Malik Dining Experience promises an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional halal produce, bold contemporary flavours and elevated dining.
Created collaboratively by the Zouk culinary team and Malik Butchers, this specially curated multi-course tasting menu has been designed to showcase premium cuts, innovative cooking techniques and modern South Asian-inspired cuisine in a truly immersive setting.

Billed as “The Ultimate Halal Supper Club”, the event reflects the growing appetite for more elevated halal dining experiences in Manchester — combining premium ingredients, refined presentation and creativity in every course.

Chicken Chorizo Ravioli
Handmade ravioli filled with spiced chorizo sausage, served with red pepper coulis, chorizo crumb, chorizo cream and shallot, chilli & chive crumble.
Starter
Zouk's English Breakfast Reimagined
A refined interpretation of a British classic featuring aromatic spiced potato hash, house-made spiced haricot beans, chilli & maple glazed sausage and crisp beef bacon brioche.
Intermediate Course
Deconstructed Naan & Kebabs
Chargrilled seekh kebab served with silken hummus, feta and tomato salad and minted Greek yoghurt.
Main Course
USDA Prime Sirloin
Expertly prepared butcher’s cut USDA Prime Sirloin served with deep-fried “Malik” potatoes, rich jus, carrot purée and chow sum sauce.
