Zouk’s varied menus have something to suit every taste. Discover dishes from all over the Indian sub-continent and fall in love with the flavours of Zouk.
In Indian and Pakistan sharing food together is a hugely important part of family life. Eating our shared banquet menus is a really sociable way to dine. You get to explore lots of different dishes and debate your favourites.

- Bollywood Benedict – Allergens*Eggs Benedict on toasted muffin Bollywood style with our creamy spiced Hollandaise, cheese and a dash of chaat masala
- Anda Bhurji – Allergens*Indian style scrambled eggs. A simple and delicious breakfast served in a hot buttered brioche bun topped with cheese sauce.
- Masala Omelet – Allergens*A delicious Indian omlette with onions, fresh green chilli, ginger, coriander and spices on toasted sour dough with mesclun side salad
- French Omelet – Allergens*Traditional omelet with turkey rashers, mushrooms, tomato, peppers and cheese on toasted sour dough with mesclun side salad
- Spiced Mushrooms on Toast (vg) – Allergens*Fresh seasonal mushrooms cooked with tomatoes and spices and served on toasted sour dough with sauteed spinach
- Smashed Avo with Poached Eggs & Salsa (v) – Allergens*Poached eggs on a bed of smashed avocado and toasted sour dough. Served up with our special tomato and chilli salsa for added bite and mesclun side salad
- Smashed Avo with Chilli Salsa (vg) – Allergens*Smashed avocado on toasted sour dough with chilli salsa and mesclun side salad
- Baked Eggs Makhani – Allergens*A hearty start to the day, these moreish baked eggs are cooked in blend of creamy tomatoes, chilli and aromatic spices. Oven baked to perfection and served with toasted sour dough for dipping!
- Halal Full English – Allergens*Scrambled, plain omelet or fried eggs served with chicken sausage, turkey rashers, hash browns, cheese gratin tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans (spicy or plain) and toasted sour dough
- Keema Anda Bhurji – Allergens*A sizzling start to the day. Pan-fried spiced keema topped with scrambled eggs. Accompanied by toasted sour dough and spicy tomatoes.
- Channa Puri – Allergens*The most commonly eaten breakfast in India. This is Zouk’s very own version of channa puri which is chickpeas cooked in a spicy tomato masala and served with Indian fried bread
- Breakfast Sandwich – Allergens*Brioche roll with fried egg, turkey rashers or chicken sausage and sauce
