In this class you’ll learn some of the popular dishes from our à la carte menu. We love sharing these recipes, especially in the summer months when BBQs are springing up across the country. You’ll also learn how to make authentic chutneys. Includes six grill dishes, two salads and two sauces.

This May BBQ Masterclass features some of the restaurant’s most popular grilled dishes. We often get asked by customers how to prepare each of these, so come along to hone your skills and wow your friends and family with an authentic feast made at home. The class includes six delicious grill recipes, plus two ultimate summer salads and classic accompanying sauces.
What Will You Learn?
This class begins with a discussion around spices and traditional flavours with our experienced chefs. All dishes in this course are char-grilled but can be cooked on a BBQ or under an oven grill at home. Some recipes can even be easily adapted for other appliances such as air fryers. Our chefs will share tips and tricks for creating perfect hand-formed Seekh Kebabs at home and our Chicken Tikka makes a totally more-ish starter.
Any of the offerings in this session can be served as simple starters or as part of more filling mains. This class is as hands on as possible, so you will have your own cooking station and get to prepare each dish. Please note that our chefs will cook the naan breads due to the training needed to use the tandoor oven. Instructions on how to prepare breads at home will be provided.

Tandoori Chicken Drumstick

Barbecued chicken breast marinated in traditional spices, great on its own or part of a larger dish

After the Class
At the end of the cooking the food will be served as a banquet, meaning you can relax with a drink and dig into the delicious dishes you created.
Leave the class complete with a certificate and your easy-to-follow recipe pack so you can recreate all the dishes at home. Don’t forget to share your recipe pics so we can see how you’re getting on at home.
