If you love bhajis, kebabs and a classic chicken tikka masala then the January British Favourites class is the perfect class for you. Learn how to cook these much loved dishes at home and then impress your family and friends when they come round for a curry or a BBQ. Starting with chicken tikka, the starters are all versatile so once you have mastered them, they can be paired with salads, rice and wraps to make any number of dishes at home. We’ll also give you two classic curries that you’ll want to make time and time again.
What Will You Learn?
This class is all about the Indian dishes Brits love. From Bhaji’s to the classic chicken tikka masala these are often some of the first dishes tried when discovering Indian cuisine. Satisfying and delicious these dishes make the perfect introduction to mastering Indian cooking. This class is as hands on as possible so you will have your own cooking station and get to prepare each dish. Please note that our chefs will cook the naan breads due to the training needed to use the tandoor oven. Instructions on how to prepare breads at home will be provided.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken tikka masala is the nation’s favourite dish. Learn how to make this tasty curry of chicken pieces marinated in yoghurt and spices then cooked in a spicy tomato masala.

At the end of the cooking the food will be served as a banquet meaning you can relax with a drink and dig into the delicious dishes you created.
