Bottomless Brunch in Manchester at Zouk
This May Zouk's popular Bottomless Brunch returns with an array of new dishes and fabulous sharing platters. Available from 11:00 to 4:30pm every Saturday with the last sitting starting at 3:00pm. The brunch offers diners the chance to enjoy any main course and unlimited drinks from the bottomless brunch menu. The selection of drinks available on the menu includes Prosecco, soft drinks, mocktails, select cocktails and hot drinks. Bottomless Brunch in Manchester does not get better than this!

The menu includes a great selection of breakfast and brunch favourites. You can opt for a savoury plate a breakfast sandwich or one of our sweet dishes. Each main course comes with a selection of bottomless drinks and if you can't decide which main course to try you can opt for a sharing platter instead.

A Maharaja’s Breakfast
A Halal full English with poached, scrambled or fried eggs served with hash brown, turkey rasher, chicken sausage, spicy tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, baked beans and toast (2, 4, 7, 13)
Masala Omelette (v)
A delicious Indian omelette with onions, fresh green chilli, ginger, coriander and spices. Served with hash brown and salad garnish (2, 4, 7, 13)
Bombay Baked Eggs (v)
A hearty start to the day, these moreish baked eggs are cooked in blend of tomatoes, spinach and potatoes with chilli and aromatic spices. Served with toast (2, 4, 7)
Bollywood Benedict
Choose from Classic Benedict with hollandaise, spinach and crispy turkey rashers, Royal Benedict with smoked Salmon or Zouk’s own Bangin’ Bollywood Benedict with spiced Hollandaise and a dash of chaat masala. All served with hash brown and salad garnish (1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13)
Spiced Mushrooms on Toasted Sour Dough (vg)
Fresh seasonal mushrooms cooked with tomatoes, spinach and spices and served on toast (2)
Zouk Puri (v)
Zouk’s take on India’s most famous brekkie! Indian fried bread served with a choice of delicious spicy Channa & Sweet Halva with nuts (2, 7, 13, 10 – Halva only)
Shakshuka
Poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce. Served with toasted sourdough for dipping (2, 4)

- Diners are entitled to unlimited alcoholic drinks and one main course for a price of £35pp or unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and one main course for a price of £30 per person.
