Our top tips for tikka marinade

Now you have your tikka marinade paste prepared, we have a couple of top tips to help you get the most from our recipe.

Marinate meats ahead of time

Marinating meats for a longer period of time allows the flavour of the tikka paste to infuse into the meat, creating a more flavorful dish. If you have time, you should aim to make the tikka marinade the day before your BBQ so you can marinate the meats you want to cook overnight. If you make the tikka paste on the day of your BBQ, aim to marinate your meats for a few hours at least before grilling.

Storing your tikka marinade paste

It's important to store your tikka marinade paste properly to ensure it stays fresh and doesn't spoil. This tikka paste will keep for a week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
