- 60 ml Patron or your favourite tequila
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 30 ml agave syrup or sugar syrup
- Lemon or lime wedge
- 1/2 teaspoon Zouk Chaat Masala
- Sliced red Chilli or sliced Jalapeño
- Lime Wheel for Garnish
- Ice
Method for Spicy Margarita Cocktail
With all of your equipment and ingredients ready to go, it’s now time to start preparing the perfect Spicy Margarita in just five simple steps.
- First, prepare your glass. Open your Zouk Chaat Masala and put half a teaspoon in a saucer or small dish. Rub the wedge of lemon or lime around the rim of the glass. Roll the glass in the Chaat Masala. Set Aside
- Slice the jalapeño or red chilli and gently muddle in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, agave or sugar syrup to the shaker along with ice. Shake well.
- Careful strain into the margarita glass.
- Add a sliced lime garnish and serve.
