Zouk Autumn Decor
Our new seasonal flower wall is the perfect spot for an autumn selfie or to catch those rare autumn rays of sunshine. The walls are decked in flowers and foliage in all the shades of the season from burnt orange to deep burgundy. Our terrace is one of Manchester's best all-season outdoor restaurant spaces with a retractable roof, heaters, twinkling lights and cosy blankets. Open daily from 9:00 am to midnight it's just the spot for drinking, dining or relaxing in any season. The perfect early-morning or late-night dining restaurant in Manchester!
Warming Autumn Curries
Autumn is one of the best seasons for warming curries and we have some amazing ones to enjoy at Zouk. Choose from authentic Lamb Nihari, fiery Laal Maas and melt-in-the-mouth Lamb Sultani. Lamb Nihari is a signature Zouk dish that comes served with a spice tray to add extra zing and bring out the layered flavours. Laal Maas is the spiciest dish on the Zouk menu and is full of flavoursome heat from red chilli powder and dried Kashmiri chillies. Fans of lamb Shank will love the indulgent Lamb Sultani, which features a slowly cooked shank in a luxurious curry sauce - the ultimate comfort dish!
Themed Drinks & Desserts
Each season we create special drinks and desserts to celebrate the time of year. For autumn we have a classic Apple Pie with a cheeky Zouk twist and a Sticky Toffee Pudding with a creamy toffee sauce. Our Pumpkin Treat is a Halloween special, available for the last two weeks of October, featuring a white chocolate mousse with chocolate soil and a white chocolate skull filled with oozy caramel. Midnight Spook is our Halloween cocktail featuring Orange Vodka and Peach Schnapps shaken with Pineapple juice, coconut and a chillingly good lemon twist. Sunday Roast
Our sensational Sunday Roast is the perfect treat on a cold autumn day. It's a great post-Sunday walk reward for families or groups of friends and best of all you have no washing up to do after. If you are dining in a group then our Sunday Roast Sharing Platters offer the best value with three roasted meats, golden roasted potatoes and all the trimmings. There are lashings of spicy and classic gravy to enjoy along with crisp and fluffy Yorkshire puddings. We offer a range of delicious sides such as Cauliflower Cheese, Mash or Mac 'n' Cheese and there are plated dinners and kids roasts available too as an alternative to the family-sized platters.
New Spices On Sale
We're delighted to share with you the news that our product range is expanding again. As foodies we love to embrace the world of cooking and anybody who has attended our cooking classes will know the most frequently asked question is 'Where can I buy the best spices?'. This month we've added 3 new spice blends, pictured above, to our Zouk product range and we think you are going to love experimenting with them. Pick them up in the restaurant on your next visit or buy them online at our website shop or Amazon and TikTok stores. Our Hot BBQ Rub can be used as a dry rub or marinade, the Pilau Rice Seasoning makes creating a tasty pilau easy and the Piri Piri Seasoning can transform chicken, fish, red meat or vegetables into a delicious meal.
